This sophisticated cocktail is a sweet and spicy mix that's sure to excite your wild side. It's made from Bacardí Carta Oro rum mixed with sherry and topped up with Schweppes 1783 Golden Ginger Ale, then garnished with a lemon slice and fresh chilli.
For those snowy days that we're holding out for, this cocktail is sure to bring some colour back into those cheeks of yours.
It's got some really interesting flavours in it, which makes the flavour unique and enticing.
Made from Bacardí Carta Oro rum this cocktail has a bit of a summery tang to it. The rum is expertly craft in its rich flavours and golden complexion in toasted oak barrels.
It was crafted by Maestros de Ron Bacardi and its mellow character comes from being shaped through a secret blend of charcoals.
It's gold in colour and a great bottle to have in the house as it's ideal for cocktails.
Here's how to make this delicious drink:
• 35ml Bacardí Carta Oro rum
• 10ml Pedro Ximénez Sherry
• 200ml Schweppes 1783 Golden Ginger Ale
Garnish: lemon slice and fresh chilli

Over cubed ice in a collins glass add 35ml Bacardí Carta Oro rum with 10ml sherry stiring well. Mix with Schweppes 1783 Golden Ginger Ale.
To garnish: add a lemon slice and fresh chilli.
