Attention first-time buyers in Galway! Are you looking into buying your first home? It's no secret that the City of Tribes has plenty to offer and whether you're a local or from further afield, it's a fantastic place to settle.
So, we thought why not bring one of our AIB first-time buyer events to Galway to help you in your hunt! Having kicked off AIB Livin Dublin back in 2018, it proved to be so successful that we've since taken our events online and have been presenting first-time buyers all across Ireland with advice, tips and tricks from the experts. So, come join us virtually on Wednesday, April 7 at 7pm for our next one, this time focusing on Galway.
What you can expect
As always, we'll have the experts on hand to answer all your questions pertaining to the house-hunting process as a first-time buyer in Galway.
AIB Homes Advisor for the Oranmore branch Ria O'Meara will be joining us on the night, giving us all the best insights into applying for a mortgage with AIB and buying a home in Galway.
Ria has over 10 years of experience in branch banking, renowned with the industry in Galway.
Construction expert Joe Clancy will join us once again. He will be able to give us his insights into new developments, the impact of Covid on the construction industry and much more.
We'll also have Estate Agent Colm O'Donnellan from O'Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers. We're very excited to welcome Colm on board for this event as he'll be able to share his knowledge of the Galway property landscape with us - answering all our burning questions when it comes to house hunting, house prices and more.
If you weren't already convinced, the first 100 people selected to attend will also receive a tasty Uno Pizza kit to enjoy while at the virtual event.
