So, here are seven places we are buzzing to drive to this year.

This lake in Wicklow is perhaps one of the most photographed sights in Ireland, with the white sand at the top making it look like a pint of Guinness! The best way to view the lake is from the Military Road above.

Glenlough Bay, County Donegal

This insanely beautiful piece of coastline is arguably one of the most remote locations in Ireland So how do you get there? You’ll find this bay at the end of a 20km single track road north of An Port. With breathtaking sea cliffs and sea stacks, you’ll be glad you made the journey.

The Black Valley, County Kerry

Jumping down to the other end of the island now, The Black Valley in County Kerry is a nature lover’s paradise. It connects the Gap of Dunloe with Moll’s Gap and provides you with some truly epic sights and sounds, ad can be magically eery.

Cuilcagh, County Fermanagh

Often described as the stairway to heaven, Cuilcagh is one of those places that has been on everyone’s list for so long. Well, what are you waiting for? Parking is available at the start of the walk (Marlbank Road) and then it’s time to take on this glorious walk to feel like you’re touching the sky.
