Taking place over the months of October, November and December, the masterclasses will see famed chef Chad Byrne teach you the tricks and techniques to know when you’re preparing deliciously stylish dishes.

First up, we have the Wild Atlantic Way masterclass taking place on Wednesday, October 16 and Wednesday, November 6.

And if you haven’t guessed by the name, this half-day masterclass will focus mainly on how to prepare and cook the best seafood and shellfish available to us off the west coast.

Some of the handy tips and tricks you will learn include: identifying which wild herbs and seaweeds work best to accompany your dishes and getting the best seafood from your fishmonger.

Then, you’ll get the chance to enjoy a super relaxing overnight stay in one of the hotel’s deluxe rooms, followed by breakfast in Danu Restaurant the next morning.

Also on the roster of classes is the Plant-Based Eating Masterclass

Taking place on Friday, November 22 and 29, this masterclass will focus on how to make the most exciting plant-based meals.

During this half-day masterclass, you’ll get the chance to discover new plant-based flavours and cooking methods, explore innovative ways of extracting the very best from vegetables, fruits and grains and enjoy the team’s tried and tested plant-based dining ingredients.
