The inaugural KamaGames Tri-Nations Olympic Handball tournament is coming to Ireland for the first time.

Some of the country’s best homegrown talent will compete against opponents from both the USA and Great Britain.

Running from October 25-27, things will heat up for a three-day-long celebration of Olympic handball.

Hoping to raise the profile of the popular sport here, it is also the first time that Ireland, Great Britain and the USA have competed in a friendly tournament together.

The first match, taking place this Friday, will see the Irish men’s team take on their American counterparts. Team GB will then face team USA on the October 26th, followed by the final game on Sunday where Ireland will clash with Great Britain.

The biggest transatlantic handball battle to be held in Ireland to date, it’s free to attend and is sure to be a weekend of good friendly competition.
