What’s your favourite takeaway?
I’m a massive fan of pizza but I’ll take Indian food as a close second.
Just Eat has just revealed every county’s preferred top five takeaways and some of them have come as a surprise for us.
For instance, taking the number one spot in Monaghan is kebabs, followed by Indian, Italian, chicken and finally, fish & chips.
That means there’s no sign of pizza or Chinese food. Really?
And Turkish food is the favourite takeaway of Sligo.
The entire province of Munster is pizza mad with the delicious doughy dish topping the list in all counties.
No surprises in Leinster as Chinese food and pizza dominate the number one spots.

Just Eat has also added a fun fact that says, ‘3.8 spice bags are sold per minute in Ireland’.
That sounds like a lot. Can that be correct?
