Don’t Panic But Here’s How You Can Get On The Late Late Toy Show As Ryan Tubridy Begins His Search For The Next Batch Of Talented Youngsters

Darragh Berry

Scrap everything we said about the nice weather and not wanting summer to end.

We are buzzing for the winter, the cold, the cosy nights in because all of that stuff means one thing is on the way…

CHRISTMASSSSSSS.

And if Christmas is coming up that means that the greatest event in the Irish calendar is also getting closer and closer.

The Late Late Toy Show is an institution in Ireland and is normally RTÉ’s biggest viewed show of the year, each year.

We know it’s only September but shows like this aren’t just magically put together in one week.

So, it’s no surprise that Tubridy and co have sent out a ‘we want you’ as they search for Ireland’s most talented young people to take part in the show.

If your son, daughter, niece, nephew, brother, sister, neighbour’s child – you get the drift – loves to sing, dance, build amazing things out of Lego or is just generally a hilarious kid, they want to hear from you.

All they have to do is record a short video of their talent, put it on DVD, or on a USB key and send it to:

The Late Late Toy Show Auditions,
PO Box 170,
RTÉ,
Dublin 4.

You can download the application form here and the closing date for applications in September 28th.

Best of luck and who knows, we might find the next JohnJoe.
