It’s a big week for Ireland West Airport in Knock.
The Mayo based airport has just announced their summer routes with Ryanair, the Knock to Bristol route was made permanent and it will receive an extra €2.3 million from the Department of Transport.
All in all, a very good Monday.
But where will you be able to go from Knock this summer? The new routes announced include one new weekly route to Girona in Spain, and a further 12 routes in total including flights to Alicante, Faro, Malaga and Tenerife.

To celebrate its extended Bristol service, Ryanair released seats from Ireland West Airport Knock at prices starting from just €19.99, for travel in June and July, which are only available for booking on the Ryanair.com website until midnight Sunday (2nd June).
In a statement, Eimear Ryan from Ryanair said: “We are delighted to launch our extended Bristol service, which will operate three times weekly, all year round. Ireland West Airport Knock customers and visitors can choose from 12 exciting summer 2018 routes, to and from Italy, Portugal, Spain and the UK, and always on the lowest fares.”
