Romayo superhero week

Romayo will be giving free meals to frontline workers next week.

In the spirit of community, popular fast-food chain Romayo has decided to give free meals to frontline staff. Coinciding with National Superhero Day, which falls on April 26th, the company is extending the event into a week-long celebration (Superhero Week) to honour our very own in-real-life superheroes.

They may not wear capes, but the past few weeks have been proof that scrubs and a Garda uniform are a surefire marking of a superhero. Wanting to acknowledge the sacrifices of all those working on the frontline in the fight against Covid-19, Romayo is inviting all emergency services staff to come in and have a meal on them as a huge thank you. The offer is available to HSE staff and any member of the Defence Forces, Garda Síochána and Fire Service. Don’t forget your ID though as you’ll be required to show it to avail.

With 17 stores across Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Offaly – this will hopefully help to feed a good majority of the country’s frontline staff and save them from the burden of meal prep after a long shift. Running from Sunday to Friday inclusive (April 26-30), the offer is only available in-store.
