The humble pizza. So simple yet so tasty!
We thought to help get your taste buds excited we’d share 11 of the very best places to get a pizza across London.
So, right to it…
1. Franca Manco
A small chain across the capital where each one still feels like a local restaurant. The main thing is that the pizza is always absolutely top notch.

2. Figli del Vesuvio
Summerstown (close to tooting in SW17) might not be where you would expect to find incredible pizza made by proper Italians, but that’s what you get here and it’s close to being the very best in the capital.

3. Santoré
A top spot and with locals in Farringdon being spoilt for choice when it comes to first class restaurants this is the jewel in the crown with simple classic style pizzas.

4. Pizza Pilgrims
Napoli inspired street food from the back of an Ape/oven on Berwick Street Market in Soho.

5. Mimmo La Bufala
Smart, modern restaurant with Neapolitan-style pizzas.
Probably the most formal setting on the list and some other quality cooking here, but they still churn out quality rustic style pizzas fit for a king.

6. Santa Maria
Authentic, thin-crust Neapolitan pizzas from Italian wood-fired oven in a simple, whitewashed room. Located In Ealing.

7. Donna Margherita
A quality spot in Battersea where you should probably just keep it simple (the sauce is that good) but if you must, throw a few toppings on top.

8. Fausto Does
Pizza that comes cooked out of the back of a van but don’t let that put you off. You’ll have to keep an eye on Facebook to see where they are next.

9. Saporitalia
In the heart of Notting Hill this place is as much about the atmosphere which, when a couple of wines are added, makes the pizza taste like the work of some god from another planet.
Divine.

10. Fundi
A mobile wood fired pizza oven that opens up like something out of a transformers movie. Follow them on Facebook to see where they are next and experience a world class pizza.

11. Homeslice
A couple of great locations in both Covent Garden and Shoreditch that serve up some of the very best pizza in town. If we were ranking the list (which we aren’t this time) we’d have to have this very close to the number one spot.
Insanely good.
