Following months of fighting, protesting and outright striking, Bus Éireann has finally and officially signed off on a budget for 2017, according to 98FM.
The budget also comes with a new business plan, both of which are hoping to save the company from going bankrupt.
The Board announced the budget for 2017, along with a new business plan today.
Chairman of Bus Éireann, Aidan Murphy stated:
“I am now confident that we will continue to build on our past success to provide a sustainable and progressive service for all of our customers, staff and stakeholders into the future.”
