6 Walks Around London That Are Amazing

Dylan Varian

While many people think London is just a city, I mean they’re right, it has a lot more to offer than just big office buildings. It has some of the most amazing walks you can go along. Whether it be just to clear your head or you want to take a date on a nice walk here are 6 that are just beautiful.

1. Hammersmith Circular Walk

Take a walk along the Thames in the west of London. Head from Barnes Bridge to Hammersmith with the trail taking you along the river for some greats views of Barnes, Hammersmith and the Leg O’Mutton Nature reserve.

2. Pool of London

Again, this amazing walk is along the Thames and you walk from London Bridge to the Monument. There are some amazing famous sights along this walk and it’s worth the walk.

3. Camden

Starting off at Warwick Avenue station head along the Regents Canal. You’ll head along through Little Venice and head on to Camden Lock Market.

4. Hyde Park

Head from Marble Arch through Hyde Park and on towards Harrods. Why not stop off in the amazing Kensington Palace gardens. What a view.

5. Central London

Starting at Westminster and head on to Borough Market along the river. Then when you’re done stop off at Borough Market and grab something to eat. This is a perfect date idea which we wrote about earlier this week.

6. Parkland Walk

If you’re looking to get away from the city streets the Parkland Walk may tickle your fancy. Going all the way from Finsbury Park to Muswell Hill the overgrown trail full of woodland is an amazing walk to take with someone if you’re trying to impress them.
