It's a grand place, all the same.
Ireland is the second-best country in the world for excellent service, according to the global review website TripAdvisor.
Iceland topped the rankings, with the highest percentage of TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence recipients.
Approximately 7% of its listings have the Certificate of Excellence, but some countries have more than others which is the basis of the awards and new rankings.

The certificates are awarded to restaurants, accommodations and experiences using an algorithm "that takes into account the quality, quantity, and recency of user reviews," TripAdvisor stated.
They must be listed for 12 months and rated 4 out of stars to be considered.
Meanwhile, Dublin ranked 6th in the city list which is topped by Keywest in Flordia.
