Grab some of the ingredients and give it a whirl. You’ll love it…
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure you buy a super fresh avocado that is ready to eat when shopping. That’s the key, along with some fine crusty bread.
Step 2
Mix the turkey mince with diced red onion and diced red chili. Leave the seeds in the chili if you want an extra kick.
Step 3
Shape the turkey into medium sized burgers.
Step 4
Pop them on a chargrill pan (or BBQ If it is summer time) for about 5 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Dice up the avocado and mix with lime juice and some salt and pepper.
Step 6
Slice the bread in half and either toast it or pan fry until golden brown.
Step 7
Melt the cheese over the top of the burgers when they are full cooked.
Step 8
Smear the Ballymaloe Pepper Jalapeno relish onto the bread. They’ve given it a bit more of a kick lately so it’s perfect for dishes like this.
Step 9
Top with the diced avocado.
Step 10
Add a layer of the baby spinach before placing the burger on top.
Step 11
Enjoy!
You have to taste this to believe just how good it tastes.
Although, in fairness, you can probably tell from that last picture.
