The sale will end at midnight tonight.

Ryanair have released details of their first ever Buy One Get One Free seat sale, which essentially means that if you buy a ticket for a flight, then another passenger gets a seat on that same flight for free.

This offer applies to Value Fare bookings with more than one passenger travelling on selected routes from September 25 to December 14.

The routes include Warsaw, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Bratislava, Alicante, Malaga, Riga, Barcelona, and Lanzarote. The full list of the routes can be found right here.

Customers must book their tickets before midnight tonight, Thursday September 24.

At the moment, the government have stated that they consider the safest thing for those in Ireland at the moment is to not travel abroad at all.

At the time of writing, the Green List of countries from which you can return without restrictions are as follows:

  • Cyprus
  • Finland
  • Germany
  • Iceland
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Poland

However, this Green List is updated each and every week, so those flying abroad should keep updated on the Green List ahead of travelling. Additionally, some of the Green List countries have quarantine restrictions in place for those travelling from abroad, including those coming from Ireland.

If you are planning on flying into any country, the Department of Foreign Affairs advises that “citizens who are considering travel to particular locations are advised to monitor news and information from the public authorities in their destination.”
