Everybody is going to have their own point of view (and feel free to get involved in the comments) but we are confident that these 10 places will see you good. All you need to do now is work your way through the list and get licking those fingers!

10. Bird’s Nest

2500 N Southport Ave, Chicago, IL 60614

A comfortable neighbourhood bar in Chicago that has a great atmosphere and which sees people coming from miles around for the cheap beer and huge platters of wings. You won’t be hungry after one of their portions.

9. Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap

41 E Superior St, Chicago, IL 60611

While they do have regular wings served by the bucket it is the monthly specials that you’ll want to try here. Wings are always the focus and the portions are enough to fill anybody for the day! Plenty of good cold beer to wash down the hottest wings on the menu.

8. Output

1758 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60622

A proper sports bar that focuses on nothing but getting all the games on the big screens, serving cold beer and having a menu that is made for drinking with. The wings are off the charts good. If you are feeling super hungry get the combo of sliders and wings for one. The best of both worlds!

6. The Fifty/50

2047 W Division St, Chicago, IL 60622

You might have heard of this place for their famous sandwiches but our advice is to ignore them and go for the wings. Huge portions of especially large wings that are coated in spicy sauce. The perfect start to a day of watching sport on their huge flatscreen TVs and drinking the heat away with a few craft beers.

With several locations across the city you’ll want to find the one that is best for you as their wings can vary by location. Don’t be put off by the branding or casual looking restaurants because these wings are as good as they get. Ask for them hot but you’ll want milk or beer on standby because when they say hot they mean really hot!

2. Dak

1104 W Granville Ave, Chicago, IL 60660

One for those of you who prefer Korean style wings over the Southern variety. Amazing taste comes from the wings being twice fried and then rolled in one of their amazing sauces. Soy dip has to be tried to be believed.

1. Crisp

Hard to know where to start with this epic Korean chicken joint. The wings on their own are superb but when you add in all the dipping sauces, the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that you can bring your own beer this is one of the best dining experiences you’ll ever have. Food is just not meant to be this good!
