The colours, flavours and textures in this bruschetta are incredible, and thankfully they're stupidly easy to make! I love bruschettas because they're effortless to make and a great excuse to throw together a few random ingredients.
All you need... Four easy things.
Slice up your bread and smear each piece with a good whack of goats cheese.
Slice up your figs lengthways. You need to be delicate with the figs as they bruise easily.
Layer the figs on top of the cheesy bread and top with a walnut.
These make a perfect starter or party food, especially at the weekends. I made these literally in less than 60 seconds.
