Tesco Are Recalling This Cheese Due To Concerns It May Contain Meningitis-Causing Bacteria

Blue cheese fans, take note because Tesco Ireland are recalling this particular cheese due to the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes.

The ingestion of this bacteria can lead to serious illness – even meningitis, scarily enough. 

The product in question is Tesco’s Cheeses of Ireland Wicklow Blue as seen below:

Anyone who has purchased this cheese with the below implicated batch details is requested to return it to the store they bought it from.
