We all love a good cocktail and the best in
Ireland has just been named.
The Apple Market, created by Waterford bar Davy Mac’s, was voted Ireland’s favourite cocktail at the recent National
Cocktail Festival.
Over 90 venues created a signature Irish
cocktail for the competition, with the public voting for their
favourite through social media.
The winning cocktail features Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Licor 43, fresh mint, fresh apple, sugar syrup and fresh lemon.
We’ll have to plan a trip to Waterford to check this one out!
