When it comes to places to live in Ireland, Galway ranks fairly highly on our dream location list.
And now, we’ve found our dream house as well.
Mweeloon House is located in Maree, outside Oranmore, and is just a short drive from the bustling centre of Galway City.
One of the best things about the West is the stunning sea views and this property has an incredible vista over the Clare Hills and the Burren.
There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms and the interior design manages to be very luxurious but still warm and cosy.
There is a big emphasis on wood panelling throughout the entrance to the house, including a gorgeous sweeping staircase.
A lot of attention has also been paid to the smaller details, with features like a Belfast sink, cast-iron stove and a cut-stone gas fireplace.
The piece de resistance though is the restored cottage that comes with the main property. It was renovated in 2014 and includes a lounge/kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and a patio area with ocean views.
The only hitch?
Well, if you want to live the rest of your days in this beautiful seafront home, it’ll cost you €1,250,000.
