An absolutely wonderful piece of customer service from Feeleys Chipper in Belfast as they went above and beyond to service the needs of their loyal customers.
It all started when one very sick and enterprising customer decided to use the comments section while ordering using Just Eat to beg for help so as they wouldn’t have to leave the house.
The sick customer was willing to pay for the tablets and didn’t even need the food that much. We’ve all been there in fairness not wanting to get out from under the duvet.
The good folks in Feeleys sprang into action and delivered on the request.
Their good deed has been rewarded with over 5000 shares of the photo on Facebook as well as starting to get media attention putting them on the map.
Well done to all involved.
