I have to say, it’s pretty validating to be told in so many different ways that there’s no one else like me, even if I am being told by a streaming service that’s doing the same thing for its other 300 million users. As Irish people, we’ve been brought up to be mortified by the idea of discussing anything to do with ourselves or what we’re into (unless what you’re into is the weather or the All Ireland Final). We need this the most!
