Still milking the bank holiday for all it’s worth? There’s live music happening in Bray tonight

Fiona Frawley

At this rate, we might as well just keep the party going right through to next Saturday.

We’ve had a hard year and it’s what we bloody well deserve.

Bray natives know there’s no better spot for a bitta live music than the Harbour Bar. The cosy interiors, gorge drinks selection and general inimitable buzz around the place makes it a true one of a kind, and we’re so thrilled to hear that live music is set to grace their stage once more. It’s an added bonus that the lineup is nothing short of iconic.

Tonight’s Live Lounge at the Harbour will see performances from Sorcha Richardson, who’s currently enjoying a sold out tour all over Ireland, Paddy Hanna, a staple of the Irish music scene and Maria Kelly, hot off the release of her debut album The Sum of the In-between. Lineup of dreams, let’s be honest.

Capacity for tonight’s gig is extremely limited but for anyone who can’t nab a ticket, the performances are being recorded and will be available on the Harbour Bar’s socials. In any case, we’re hoping it’s a sign of more live music to come. We can’t wait to be cosying up by the fire, pint in hand, lapping up the intimate gig buzz we’ve all missed so sorely over the past 18 months.
