There's a sunset beach yoga class happening out in Wicklow this week and it sounds the dreamiest way to close out a busy day.
I'm a big sunset lover. My insta feed is saturated with photos of colourful sies and if it's not brunch pics I'm posting (yes, I'm that person), you can bet your bottom dollar that it's a cotton-candy cloud formation. The below is a pretty apt description of me.
An eternal mood.
If you find yourself nodding along in agreement thinking 'so me', then you'll be most happy to know that you can indulge your inner sun worshipper with a spot of sunset yoga on the beach in Wicklow. How dreamy does that sound?!

@activewicklow Wicklows sports partnership are running an incredible series of free events around the county. I’m delighted to be teaching two yoga classes this week. Sunrise yoga next Sunday 27th in Bray and sunset in Greystones next Wednesday 30th September. Booking is essential at this link https://www.eventbrite.ie/o/wicklow-local-sports-partnership-10607193213
Organised as part of the Wicklow sports partnership, the sunset beach yoga event will be headed up by Jo of Joga Yoga. A yoga teacher and wellness coach, she'll guide you through a sequence of gentle yoga exercises to help you stretch out and relax after a busy day. Taking place this Wednesday at 7pm, the class is free to attend but there are limited spaces so make sure to register as soon as possible.
Bring your togs and you can even finish with a quick post-flow dip if you're feeling brave. Perfection.
