It saddens us to confirm that Line Of Duty is no longer on Netflix.
Those who successfully binge-watched Line Of Duty in recent years can count themselves lucky because the hugely popular crime drama is no longer available on the streaming platform.
Seasons 1-4 of Line Of Duty have been removed from Netflix due to a reported issue with Kew Media Distribution, with the world’s top streaming service terminating all licensing arrangements it had with the distributor.
Deadline has reported that, following the recent collapse of Kew Media Group, Netflix had made an offer to administrator FTI Consulting to maintain some licences but talks have since broken down.
Netflix is now in the process of removing the affected titles, with Line Of Duty already gone when we checked this morning.
The award-winning BBC show, Season 6 of which was being filmed prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, has been a huge hit among viewers and was a go-to for many looking for an hour of compelling TV drama.
And it’s hard not to feel sympathy for the few people below who were just in the middle of their first watch of the programme.

Unacceptable form from Netflix removing Line of Duty when I was in the middle of a series. How about gimmie some warning?
