Beloved Dublin vegan spot opens new venture in Cork

Katy Thornton

Ideal for when you don’t feel like eating vegan.

The Saucy Cow, who started out as a vendor for truly dirty (and delicious) plant-based food and now have a brick and mortar spot in Dublin’s city centre, have just launched in Ireland’s rebel county.

The beloved Dublin vegan spot took to socials earlier in the week to announce the news, and they are officially trading out of Marina Market in Cork as of this weekend.

Truly, there is no better place for truly dirty vegan fast food.

So Corkonians, this is what you can expect from the vegan haven that is The Saucy Cow.

The menu consists of burgers, wraps, and loaded fries, all using dairy and meat-free ingredients. If you’re looking for a side to pair with any of these mains, may we suggest the salt and chilli hash browns, which are the stuff of absolute dreams, and seriously rival the McDonald’s offering.

If your weekend plans are looking particularly sparse and you’re based in Cork, or spending some time there soon, a trip to The Saucy Cow, whether you’re vegan or not, will not disappoint.
