This new Blurry Bird food truck specialises in all things Southern fried chicken, and opened for business on Wednesday this week.
Blurry Bird have been working around the cluck (their pun, not ours, but couldn’t help using it) to get their new food truck ready for business. They opened on Wednesday this week, serving up delicious southern fried chicken burgers. Blurry Bird also do wings, fries, and even a vegan friendly options, their Not A Bird burger, so no one feels left out.

The food truck will also host two new additions to the menu: the Dipping Bird, which is southern fried chicken strips with buffalo sauce, and the Bird is the Word, an Irish hanger steak sambo with mushrooms, Emmental cheese, crispy onions, and green peppercorn sauce!

They open 12pm to 10pm Wednesday to Saturday, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. Blurry Bird’s new truck is located outside Crawford & Co on Anglesea Street, Cork. They are also available on Deliveroo.
If you can’t get enough of Southern fried chicken, then you gotta make sure Blurry Bird is on your list as a must try.
