Cork restaurant wins award for Ireland’s best burger

Your search for Ireland’s best burger is over.

 

Burger fanatics, unite. In the wake of National Burger Day, which was June 23rd, the search for Ireland’s best burger was on. And we officially have a winner in the form of Cork restaurant Roastie. They announced their victory on social media, for having the best burger in Ireland in a restaurant.

Roastie said this of their win:

Everyone here at Roastie are over the moon to find out and we would love to thank everyone who voted for us. You all are amazing people. Also a huge thank you to all the crew at Roastie Midleton who work extremely hard day in day out to deliver the best service and food around. We are so proud to win this title and to represent Midleton and showcase the best ingredients our area has to offer. Roastie Midleton, Best Burger in Ireland in a Restaurant winners 2022.”

So what do we know about the Cork home of Ireland’s best burger? Roastie restaurant is based in Midleton and was established in 2019 as a family run business. According to their website, “Roastie Restaurant was one of the very first Restaurants in Midleton to offer a full range of Gourmet burgers, Rotisserie Chicken and Duck.” The burger spot uses only top quality ingredients and local produce.

If you’re burger obsessed, then a road trip to Midleton in Cork for Ireland’s best burger is a must. Roastie opens Wednesday to Sunday for indoor and takeaway dining.
