The Imperial Hotel has welcomed a new bar perfect for a post-work tipple.

There's a new sustainable bar in Cork City, based within the Imperial Hotel. While their restaurant Sketch is known for their afternoon tea and sustainably sourced food, No.76 bar is the place to be for a sustainably sourced cocktail. But how exactly does a bar achieve the title of sustainable? Well, like their sister restaurant, No.76 places a huge emphasis on regional, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.

According to their Instagram,

"We craft excellent cocktails and the finest of drinks using only high-quality liquor from predominantly Irish producers, who practice and support sustainability."

No.76 will change their menu depending on the season, using local sourced ingredients wherever possible to reduce their need to import goods.

So what can you expect from an evening at No.76 bar in the the heart of Cork City? As well as sustainably prepared cocktails, put together by their talented team of mixologists, there will also be live music, light bites, as well as an extensive wine list if cocktails just aren't your thing. The bar even has a great selection of vegan wine, all stocked from European suppliers.

Next time you're bustling around Cork city, in search for a tipple, why not pop into No. 76 bar? They open from 5pm Tuesday to Saturday, ideal for anyone finishing work for the day. You can book a table HERE.
