The Imperial Hotel has welcomed a new bar perfect for a post-work tipple.

There’s a new sustainable bar in Cork City, based within the Imperial Hotel. While their restaurant Sketch is known for their afternoon tea and sustainably sourced food, No.76 bar is the place to be for a sustainably sourced cocktail. But how exactly does a bar achieve the title of sustainable? Well, like their sister restaurant, No.76 places a huge emphasis on regional, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.

According to their Instagram,

We craft excellent cocktails and the finest of drinks using only high-quality liquor from predominantly Irish producers, who practice and support sustainability.”

No.76 will change their menu depending on the season, using local sourced ingredients wherever possible to reduce their need to import goods.
