Spread the word!

Ever fancied owning a cute food shop in Clonakilty? Well, now you can. Lettercollum Kitchen Project took to Instagram in June to announce that after “18 glorious years in business” the current owners would be taking a step back in September. Now that time has officially come, and they’re on the lookout for someone new to take over the business.

LKP is an artisan bakery, fine wine, and specialty food shop based in Clonakilty, West Cork. Rather than close the shop, the owners are instead on the lookout for someone to take over Lettercollum Kitchen Project. Their announcement went as follows:

The shop itself is now on the market as a going concern. In basic terms this means anyone who is a foodie and feels the call to stepping into a thriving business at the end of September, they can. The shop would be passed on with all the equipment, recipes and know how to keep the show on the road! It would maintain its current lease. Spread the word if you know of someone whose always wanted to run a cute food shop like ours 🙂
Otherwise we look forward to hatching many more plans to bring cooking classes, pop ups and foodie retreats to you all in the future!!

Essentially it’s going on the market exactly as it is, so whoever takes it on would inherit the business as it currently stands.

This could be a wonderful business opportunity for someone in West Cork if they fancy it. Get in touch with the current owners if this sounds like a bit of you.
