  Hoban's Treats first launched in early 2021 by Justice Doyle where they started off by selling gluten free desserts such as mini rolls, torte cakes, and mini treats. These were available to order from their website in March 2021, and eventually Hoban's Treats could be found in ThreeFools Coffee, The Beanie Box, Moody Café Vin, and more. According to their website, Hoban's Treats was born of "a passion for food" and "a frustration" when looking for gluten free alternatives. https://www.instagram.com/p/CkqvlsDNZmn/ In November 2022, Hoban's Treats opened their very own café in Cobh, at 16 Roger Casement Square. The dessert centric café serves all of their bestsellers, as well as barista coffee and loaded hot chocolate to pair with your treats.
