The Park has big shoes to fill.

  If you're local to Cork and looking for a new haunt now that it's getting colder, The Park bar and lounge may be just the ticket. They've only been open a month, nestled into a corner between South Main and Tuckey Street. It's taken over Ziggy's bar, which permanently closed in the midst of the many covid lockdowns. Open since 2006, it was a blow to the community when they closed down for good. While Ziggy's and The Park appear to have very different vibes, we hope the new cosy spot will act as a sufficient replacement.
