Appeal For Witnesses After Woman Found Unconscious At Carlow Castle

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a woman was found unconscious at Carlow Castle yesterday. 

The woman is in her 50s and was found on the grounds of Pollerton Castle yesterday afternoon. She has been taken to hospital where her condition has been described as serious. 

A garda spokesperson said:

“Gardaí are appealing to any drivers of vehicles that may have travelled these roads between the above times and have footage from dashcams to contact them at Carlow garda station on 059-9136620, The garda confidential telephone line 1800 666 111 or any garda station.”
