St Tola goat cheese is said to be one of the finest artisan cheeses in the world, while their St Tola herd of Saanen, Toggenburg and British Alpine goats are reared on 65 acres of some of the finest unspoiled pasturelands in Europe.

Each of their public tours of the farm includes a chance to pet and feed their beautiful goats, a cheesemaking demonstration and a full tasting of all their gourmet cheeses.

Or if you would prefer a private group tour, this includes a full tour of their working farm, where you will see the goats during feeding time and get a better understanding of sustainable farming.

A cheese making demonstration is also included along with a cheese tasting, and at the end of every tour visitors can visit St Tola’s Économusée museum and buy cheese in the farm shop.

You can also easily combine your trip to the farm with a visit to The Burren and the Cliffs of Moher, which are only a half hour away at most.

Public tours are €8 for adults and €5 for children over 6 and take place every Wednesday in July and August at 10.30am, while private tours are available for booking Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30.pm. St Tola also champions sustainability and anyone who arrives at the farm by bike will get a 10% discount on their entry fee.

You can find more details and contact St Tola on their website here.
