Did you know you can go glamping at Glendalough?

Well you can, and it looks idyllic.

Glendalough is one of our favourite Irish beauty spots, with walks and hikes for all levels, unbelievable views and lots of history.

If you’ve ever felt like one day isn’t enough to explore all it has to offer, why not make a night of it with a stay in one of these dreamy glamping pods?

Nestled into a naturally wooded site with stunning views of the Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough Glamping will have you as close to nature as your heart desires. The site is part of a 21 acre farm which is home to a rare breed of Shropshire sheep, and is regularly visited by grazing deer. Each pod is named after one of the trees you can see on the many walking trails, and are eco friendly. They also each have a wee decking area out the front where you can sit back and take in the views.

If you’re not ready to give yourself over completely to the wilderness, there’s a lodge onsite with all the essentials including a kitchen, hot showers and bathroom facilities. So you can be nature queen for the gram, with all the comforts of home irl.
