Dolores O’Riordan’s Funeral Arrangements Have Been Confirmed

The funeral arrangements of Dolores O’Riordan have been confirmed.

The Cranberries star will be laid to rest at a private family burial on Tuesday of next week. This will follow Requiem Mass at 11.30am on the same day at St. Ailbe’s Church in Ballybricken, Co.Limerick, where Dolores was brought up. 

Before that, there will be a public reposal this Sunday at St. Joseph’s Church on O’Connell Avenue in Limerick from 12.30pm to 4.00pm. 

Attendance at the funeral on Tuesday is strictly reserved for family and close friends as the church only holds 200 people. However, a public address system will be set up outside.

A notice on RIP.ie reads:

‘The death has occurred of Dolores O’Riordan.

‘Late of Ballybricken, Bohermore and Canada.

‘Daughter of the late Terry. Very deeply regretted by her loving mother Eileen, children Taylor, Molly and Dakota and their father, sister Angela, brothers Terence, Brendan, Donal, Joseph and P.J., brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a large circle of friends.’

Dolores passed away in her London hotel room on Monday January 15. She was 46 years old.
