And one Galway restaurant won big.
Nationally-renowned Loam took home the prize for ‘Best Restaurant’ in Ireland.
As much as they possibly can, Loam use only ingredients sourced in the west of Ireland. Which makes the entire dining experience that bit more special.
They are ethical and sustainable, and exceptionally proud of their mindfully-ran restaurant.
