This Michelin recommended Kildare gastropub is back open and doing brunch!

Katy Thornton

Is there anything better than a bitta brunch? I think not.

After a short break following Christmas, Hartes of Kildare is back open, and they’ve got something new to share with their customers. Every Saturday and Sunday, they will now be serving a spot of brunch!

As with everything else they do, we’re sure the brunch at Hartes will be nothing short of delicious. In 2018, the Michelin Pub Guide presented Hartes with the Best in Ireland award, which was quite the accomplishment. They have a host of other recognitions from the Yes Chef Awards and the Irish Restaurant Awards too.

We cannot wait to see what new bits make it to their brunch menu. They’re already teasing North African Shakshuka (the elite of brunch dishes) and organic poached eggs with honey glazed ham.

Hartes of Kildare is based in Market Square, five minutes from the outlet village. Brunch is served between 10.30am and 12.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You can book a table HERE.
