50 years from now when I’m asked what got us through the pandemic-ridden roaring twenties, my answer will be simple.
Coffee and pizza, obvs.
Usually you can’t get these two delicacies in the one spot, but we’ve found a way to cope. Pretty brave I know. Luckily, this is a battle we’ll no longer have to fight now that P.I.M.T & Co are on the scene.

For the past few months, P.I.M.T have been delighting the people of Athboy with their stunning Neapolitan pizza. Just check these babies out:

Cheesy perfection.
Their journey continued as they secured a permanent home in April – a horse box they’d lovingly restore to create this gorge pop of pink to delight the eyes of all users of the N51.

Now P.I.M.T serve their delish pizza on weekends and coffee during the week with help from speciality roasters Root & Branch. And after all that work to perfect their pizza recipe they’ve clearly become dab hands at the aul baking, so you’re sorted if you’re looking for a sweet treat with your coffee.

What I’m about to show you now might shock you, so just make sure you’re sitting down. As we’ve established so far – they sell coffee. They make tasty pizzas and treats. But never in all my years of stalking cafes on Insta have I seen a coming together of cuisines of this calibre:

Your eyes aren’t deceiving you – that’s an actual Biscoff pizza. Seriously, this is the stuff that dreams are made of.
P.I.M.T are open from 6am til 5pm Monday – Friday and 8am til 5 on weekends, so loads of opportunities to get your coffee and/or pizza fix. Definitely worth hitting up!
