If you find yourself in the Swinford area looking for a coffee on the go, we come bearing good news. Jimmy's drive-thru café opened this week just outside the town, and its location on the site of an old garage couldn't be handier.

The baby blue shipping container will be serving up a selection of sweet treats and pastries, with speciality coffee from Wicklow-based roastery
Roasted Brown. Anyone into their coffee will know Roasted Brown are among the best in the biz - if you see their bags stacked up behind the coffee machine, you know you're in for a delicious cup.
This video shared by Jimmy's shows the training has been thorough - shots are weighed, milk temp is measured, texture perfected - in non-coffee nerd terms, the coffee is going to be good. Very good.
