One of Waterford’s fave restaurants has a new food stall to check out

The Tannery Restaurant in Dungarvan is one of Waterford’s best loved fine dining spots, and over lockdown chef and owner Paul Flynn kept us inspired with his step-by-step home cooking guides.

Now he has a new venture – this unreal looking food stall serving up hot dogs, lobster rolls and best of all, takeaway wine and secco.

This is exactly what you want for an outdoor summer. The smell of cooking in the air, simple but flavoursome food washed down with a takeaway bevvie and enjoyed amidst the buzz of a seaside town. Diamond Dogs is open Friday – Sunday from 1-8pm and is definitely going to be a hit with locals and staycationers alike.

And if you’re looking to enjoy your lunch in a more secluded spot, you can order a gorge Tannery picnic box with regular and vegetarian options, to enjoy along the Greenway or wherever you fancy!

Definitely one to hit up on a sunny weekend.
