This Food Festival Sounds Like A Great Option For August Bank Holiday Craic

James Fenton

It’s been almost two months since Ireland’s last Bank Holiday so we’re well overdue one, don’t you think? The long August weekend is just around the corner so it’s about time you started planning out how you’re going to fill those three long days of freedom.

The Rockin’ Food Festival in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford looks like just the ticket if you’re into delicious grub, live outdoor music and fun food demonstrations.

The event takes place from Friday until Monday over the Bank Holiday weekend and not only will it have great food from over 80 vendors, there will be live performances from Irish and international rock ‘n’ roll talent.

Previous editions have brought great energy to the town and the buzz will be well worth the trip, especially with an extra day off work to play with.

If your calendar is clear for this weekend, you can find out more about the Rockin’ Food Festival here.
