Two Men Arrested In The South-East After Major Drug Seizure

Gardaí have arrested two men following a drug seizure in County Wexford.

The arrests were made when Gardaí stopped a car at O’Rahilly Place in the early hours of yesterday morning and found €70,000 worth of cocaine.

The two men in their 30s, who were in the car at the time, were arrested at the scene.

The pair were taken to Wexford Garda Station and questioned under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996. 

They’ll appear before Gorey District Court later today.
