We share lots of amazing properties here and in Dublin but today is something at another level. You could easily argue that Luggala is the nicest house in Ireland and at €28 million it had better be says you!
Even if you don’t know the area the chances are you will have seen images of the iconic Lough Tay or the “Guinness Lake” as most people know it by. Luggala is set on the shores of the lake and comes with a whopping 5000 acres.

Here is the description from Sothebys who are selling it…
Hidden inside a secluded Irish valley lies Luggala, an exquisite 18th-century house at the centre of an estate comprising of some 5,000 acres. Luggala nestles into a cleft at the northern end of the valley, its principal rooms looking south across a verdant sward towards Lough Tay. The white-washed exterior of the building serves as a counterpoint to the dense woodland that rises immediately behind and helps to make architectural details like the roofline crenellations all the more striking.
If you want to check out the full listing you’ll find it here. The list of some of the features will tell you this is very different to any normal home…

We can safely say that we’ll never get to live in a house like this because even a lotto win wouldn’t do the job. Euromillions maybe!
