Hearing that new restaurants are still managing to open their doors in spite of it all can only be described as a great news story – all the more reason to support local and champion Irish food.
Opening a business is already a very challenging task in and of itself, factor in a global pandemic and you’ve got a whole other kettle of fish. But where there’s a will, there’s a way as they say and proving that they have the get-up-and-go to make it happen is Zahara Café in Co Wicklow.
One of the newest additions to the foodie scene in the Garden County, Zahara Café can be found at Unit 3 in the Blacklion Centre in Greystones. Serving up authentic Middle Eastern food, their menu is brimming with spice – bringing all the signature flavours you’d expect from Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian and Turkish cuisine.
