It's that time of the week where all you wanna do it flop down in front of the telly, kick off your shoes and binge watch something seriously great on Netflix.

What you don't want though, is to spend half the evening flicking mindlessly through random shite that's not even worth one episode.

So we're here to help. To end remote control fights and wasted TV viewing time.

Here's 10 slick new things to watch this week that you won't regret...

1. Glow: Season 1

In case you missed it GLOW is now streaming on Netflix.   If you love Big hair, body slams and an amazing 80s soundtrack, you’ll love GLOW – Gorgeous ladies of wrestling.

It's 1980s Los Angeles in this comedy series where an unemployed actress keeps her dream alive by portraying a female wrestler.

2. Gypsy: Season 1

A thrilling new series follows Jean Holloway, a therapist who develops dangerous and intimate relationships with the people in her patients' lives.

3. Orphan Black: Season 5

Catch up on previous episodes if you haven't seen this one already - it's brill.

There's literally thousands of jokes so you're guaranteed to laugh at least once.
