Bake Off: The Professionals is back and there will be some Irish interest this year in the form of pastry chef Rebecca Piccione.
Rebecca revealed the news that she will be taking part in Bake Off: The Professionals via her

A quick scroll through Rebecca's page shows the extent of her talents and she's sure to impress judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden when the show kicks off.
Bake Off: The Professionals gets underway on Tuesday, May 25 on Channel 4 at 8pm, running for 10 weeks.
