Manifesting those hot festival days while in the throes of winter.

Look, we might be in pre-Christmas mode, but all the festivals are officially announcing their summer line-ups, and it’s making us beyond excited for Festival Girl Summer.

Beyond the Pale is officially returning to Glendalough Estate in Wicklow between June 21st and June 23rd, with a line-up that includes but is not limited to huge acts such as Jungle, Jessie Ware, and Romy from The XX.

A diverse lineup of exceptional Irish performers has been unveiled for the Wicklow festival six months ahead of the big weekend, which includes the enigmatic trad-metal fusionists The Scratch, modern folk hero John Francis Flynn, legendary Belfast producer David Holmes and the emotionally charged folk tunes of Ailbhe Reddy.

Additionally, the electronic pop sounds of the fast-rising Kilkenny duo 49th & Main, the collaborative show by Elaine Mai & Maykay, and a very rare live performance by instrumental post-rock heroes The Redneck Manifesto have been announced for the festival. Even renowned Scottish author Irvine Welsh is set to return to what he has proclaimed as his “favourite festival globally”.

If this sounds like a bit of you, then you’ll want to be primed and ready to get tickets, which go on sale tomorrow, December 8th at 10am.

Something to be mindful of is only three day weekend tickets will be sold.
