It Seems Like Cillian Murphy Is About To Land The Biggest Role Any Actor Can Get

Could Thomas Shelby become the next 007? Well, if the bookies’ odds are anything to go by, it looks as though Cillian Murphy could shake[n] (not stirred) up the movie industry.

The Irish man has seen his odds to play Bond slashed dramatically in the last few weeks and he is now 12/1 to play the part.

This comes after rumours began circulating that Danny Boyle would shoot the next Bond installment and considering the pair have worked together before, it would be a match made in heaven.

Murphy has worked with Boyle on 28 Days Later and Sunshine.

Murphy’s odds have been slashed from 33/1 to 12/1 as a result of the rumours and a spokesperson for Ladbrokes believes that it would be a decision every movie fan would love.

“Boyle and Murphy have collaborated in the past, and the betting suggests punters are putting two and two together for the next 007 film. Fans of Peaky Blinders would love to see Tommy Shelby become James Bond.”
