Conor McGregor’s ‘date night’ photo alongside singer Rita Ora raised more than a few eyebrows on Tuesday.
Publicity stunt? Not a publicity stunt?
People were (and still are) very unsure but the fighter has finally broken his silence on the matter and gave a shout out to Rita Ora AND his girlfriend Dee Devlin while partying at swanky London nightclub Cirque Le Soir on Wednesday night/early Thursday morning.
In footage filmed on the Instagram story of Gaulthier LVK – who is connected to the nightclub in question – McGregor is heard greeting the crowd by saying into a microphone: “What’s up Rita Ora?” before then saying: “What’s up Dee Devlin?”
Gaulthier LVK was extremely excited to have the fighter in the nightclub announcing on his story: “Mr Conor McGregor in the house that’s how we knock out your trynna be Wednesday.”
He then proceeded to take a few videos of McGregor dancing in the club alongside his entourage as well as the footage of the shout-out.
The UFC champion left the decadent circus-themed club at around 4am and had his hoodie over his face as he left.
Rita has since responded to the online outrage by seemingly going public with her new romance and Conor’s girlfriend took to Instagram to post a cute picture of her and Conor’s son getting ready for bedtime.
Love him or hate him, his name is on everyone’s lips.
